Terminue Brake & Muffler

I recently took my car to Terminue thinking I just needed a simple alignment, but it ended up needing quite a bit more work, including a control arm and CV joint. I took my car in on a Tuesday and They were able to get me in quickly by Thursday, which I really appreciated. There was a mix-up with a part being ordered incorrectly at first, but Doug handled it right away, sourced the correct part from a different vendor, and made sure everything was taken care of. Even though the correct part ended up costing more than expected, he gave me a discount and made things right without hesitation. Overall, they were fast, honest, reasonably priced, and did great quality work. It’s hard to find a shop that communicates well and stands behind their service, and they definitely do. Zero stars....So took my vehicle in For exhaust repair . Small leak in exhaust pipe was all that was wrong 1 foot piece needed to be cut out and new piece put in very simple fix i requested that's what I would like done ...Instead I was quoted 900 dollars and that they Would not do the simple easy fix on my 2009 because he didn't want to . They wanted to replace parts that are fine I took my vehicle to another certified mechanic shop and job was completed for 197 dollars ..good to go . I simply asked the owner of Terminue why they advised me to replace it all when it was not needed ...he had no answer other than nope not going to do it .Now imagine it's your 82 year old Mother ...they would have scammed her out of 600 dollars and replaced parts that did not need replacing. The people are always really nice. It's also the cheapest place ever for an oil change. My 2025 Equinox needs OW20 Full Synthetic Dexos and an oil change with a filter out the door was $50.22. You can't beat it! I just got an oil change and I was in and out in 20 mins. I've spent wayyy more time and money at those instant oil places where they're trying to up charge for any and everything. And an oil change for $130, they can eat my azz. 😂

I took my Daughter's Pontiac Aztek there today for some exhaust work. When I called for the appointment, they were great at getting the car in as soon as possible. I dropped it off and shortly after, I recieved a call telling me what they found. The damage and cost for the repairs were much less then I was planning on, which was great! They only fixed what was needed and were very honest about what they found. The repairs were then completed very quickly. Everyone was very polite, friendly and professional. This was my first time going to Terminue Brake and Muffler. I can guarantee you that I will never go anywhere else again! They are amazing! I give Terminue my highest and strongest recommendation! I needed a shop few years ago with special lift. I told the owner or somebody else that the starter went. I've been working on cars over 30 years on what i could do on my own cars. I told the person that my starter died I'm at Speedway. He said, "you better make sure it is what it is. You'll have to have it towed out. " Maybe not his exact words but close. I'm paying the towing & the repair. I sent it to Hagens Ford now someone else. It cost me over $900. Are you kidding me. I wish I just did it there or had it towed home. It's in the front. Easy to get to. I'll never go back to either place especially HERE! It was the starter thanks for nothing!
