Terry’s Repair was nothing short of a Christmas miracle for our family. We broke down in the middle of a long road trip with four girls, two dogs, and two guinea pigs—about as stressful as it gets—and had absolutely no good options left. We reached out to a close friend and they recommended we give Terry's Repair a call. Despite an already super busy day, Bret and Kari prioritized our van, showed us exactly what the problem was (I've never been taken back to be shown the issue underneath my van!), and treated us with incredible transparency and care. Had this shop do a clutch kit on my Honda. Since my car has been shredding serpentine belts weekly. So I went to a Honda Dealership to have them confirm that the pulley system was reassembled incorrectly. When I brought this matter up to the staff at Terry's, they treated me as if I was an idiot and denied having done anything to serpentine system. Even though its impossible to do the clutch with the motor mount still in place. Anyone who owns a k20 motor knows thats a fact. It's step 1 in Honda factory issued shop manual. And yet they refuse to take responsibility for their mistake. So now I just have to eat the extra cost that has come due to their poor workmanship. I thought I knew my issue, and made the mistake of going somewhere else first, where the over the phone vs in person bait and switch happened. Suddenly "Sure! We can do that for you!", turned into "We didn't do what you asked, but figured you need $1600 worth of work". Called Terry's, explained my situation to Bret who said "Let's take a look first". Turns out I didn't need what I thought I did...just a little adjustment here and there, and my issue was fixed! And while I'm aware I have other things that DO need fixing, he was not pressuring me. Absolutely AMAZING customer service. Honest. Transparent. Understanding. This should be your one and only shop!

Had an issue with a bad sensor while driving by on the interstate; I stopped by an hour before closing and they got the replacement part and had me back on the road within the hour. Thanks Bret & crew!

UPDATE: The air pump they installed was not even installed correctly. The cracked hose that caused the original one to fail was not fixed or reattached. I have included pictures as proof whomever did the work was lazy. See the arrows pointing to the clamp and crack. Giving them 1 star only because they were friendly and attentive. But that has little to do with fixing cars, but does hold some weight from a business prospective. Took them two weeks to fix my mercedes when it should have been one week. Between a misdiagnosis, ordering the wrong parts, not being able to get parts and forcing me to order them because they couldn't, doesn't sit well with me. First off mercedes has the part number printed or stamped on every single part on the car, so ordering the wrong parts should never happe
