Tesla Service Wilmington

The team here is great. They were great at listening and took my concerns seriously. They are easy to communicate with and kept me up to speed with the repair process. It’s never easy being in the service industry and the staff handle complaints without losing their tempers. Shelly was very easy to speak with and she made the process simple. Very pleased.

Clean, fast, and efficient. I arrived early and they were actually able to take me back. Early. Guy at the front desk. Could probably work on his people skills a little bit, but everyone was very informative.

A hidden gem with a technical team that provides high-quality service. It is worth driving from afar. I started traveling to Wilmington this year. Amanda Cage was the service advisor I interacted with. There is a good rapport between her and the technical team. She is a good listener, quickly captures the essence of the issue, and is sincerely direct about her complete assessment of what needs to be done and the estimated cost. Cost. The services were ready before the anticipated time. I used to visit two other service centers in Maryland when I was there to see family. They are diligent and efficient, whereas Wilmington Service Center stands out. I had a non-critical minor wobbling issue while driving over the Bay Bridge. It affected my driving experience. Terrible customer service! I waited 2 + weeks for an appointment about my failing headlights. I couldn't drive my car in the dark. They quoted a price of $5,300, which I approved, and I drove 2+ hrs to get there. When I arrived, they told me they would just look but provide no repairs. Then I could return in a few weeks for the actual repair. The woman at the desk was rude and dismissive. I left with no service performed. I went to Tesla West Chester PA and they determined that the headlights were unaligned and repaired it in an hour, checked out one other issue, total cost $85. Tesla Wilmington never again!

Left my garage door opener in the loaner. Contacted them same day, hours later, advising of this. Was told "there was nothing left in the car" despite the fact this was indeed left. They refused to look into it further, refused to review cameras or look into who working there accessed it after I returned it and just repeated that "nothing was left" and that they "are not responsible for items left". Incredibly dismissive and unprofessional, and puts my family in danger knowing someone without integrity working there took this, knows where I live, and can come enter my property. Will go out of my way to never return to this service center again.
