I shopped at Baker in Summerville because they have a great selection of Pre owned vehicles as well as new. Sammie Powell was the man who helped me with my purchase of a S60 Volvo. He was open and honest with information about the process and his knowledge of the car and his presentation of figures and trade value was not the high pressure tactics that people expect from sales people. We purchased our Jeep Gladiator from The Baker Collection in Summerville. Sammie was our sales rep and the experience could not have been more smooth. Sammie was ready for us we arrived, no waiting, and we were out the door in a couple of hours total. It was my husband’s birthday and Sammie gave him a gift before we left! One of the best experiences I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle and I’ve bought quite a few in my life!

This by far has been the best car/van buying experience I have ever had. Sam greeted my Mom and me at the door. He was prepared with my paperwork and explained everything in great detail. I came in to look for a used car but wasn’t sure what I wanted. I was greeted by Sammie, who was friendly and not your typical Salesman. He took the time to talk to me to figure out what I wanted in a car and showed me some options. He did not pressure me into purchasing, he wanted me to make sure it was the car I would be happy with.
