I had a fantastic experience at Bay Port of Fort Walton Beach. Teresa is incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cares about the residents. The community is clean, and offers a warm, home-like environment. Scabies infestation in memory care, wouldn’t try to address it. They love to “do not return” agency nurses who actually care, which is why they have no staff nurses. I wouldn’t leave my dog here.

I have never seen a facility this beautiful and thoughtfully designed. It is so clean and bright and, every resident has there own room and bathroom. I viewed the facility with my family members and Theresa gave each tour. She is so welcoming and very kind answering all of our questions multiple times. My family and I were very comfortable with Theresa and appreciated her time and expertise. Thank you Ms. Theresa.
