Such great service! And they had a promotion going for this month so I got my car wash half off. So happy and a free car scent!

In a word...terrible. When I checked in, I asked for a basic car wash. The attendant asked me if I wanted to sign up for a monthly subscription to which I said no. After running through the wash, the car was still quite dirty when it came out so I asked for a re-wash. The attendant told the manager I had been offered the special but turned it down. While the manager reluctantly told me he would allow a 1 time re-wash, but they don't so anything like use a high pressure spray to loosen heavy dirt.Needless to say, the car was still dirty after was #2. Hell of a way to sell subscriptions. I'll be going somewhere else in the future.

Best care wash I've visited in Durham. Always clean after I go through. Quick wipe down and it's shining. Vacuums are powerful, clean towels, window cleaner and all purpose sprays are supplied, along with mat washing stations.

Sounds like I’m not the only one with issues. After Seth tried to sell me on a monthly membership, I told him let me try out a car wash and I’ll decide later. I paid for a $25 wash. What I got was, like others according to the comments, was a side mirror case that was ripped off and scratched. I got Seth’s attention and he retrieved it for me. I showed him the scratch and attempted to put it back on. It was NOT previously damaged. I asked for a refund, was told no. I was told they were not liable, I asked why the liability wasn’t disclosed, Seth pointed to the building and said “it’s right there”. I told him the liability may be posted there (not very noticeable) and that it was only noticeable AFTER I paid… I again asked for a refund, was told no. I asked for the GM and DM contact in

Do NOT sign up for a membership!! I signed up and then my engine blew on my car:( It is the TRUTH people! I have emailed them several times and have asked for them to Cancel. They wrote back and said they canceled, only to charge me again! THEY KEEP CHARGING ME. There is no person to call, no way to get in contact with anyone, only email and they haven't replied. At $37.95 a pop, it adds up!! Now I have to go through my bank which of course wants to cancel my card! Ridiculous!
