Jordan was very helpful when we arrived to the car wash last week. I had a ton of soot on my car from the burn piles off Sunset Harbor road and she helped me pick the best option to get my truck clean. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Jordan even had a few fun facts about the carwash monthly membership that gave my dad and I a good laugh (if you really wanted to, you could go through the car wash 271 times in a day with the membership). I will be coming back because of Jordan.
Love the customer service we get each time from Jordan, the assistant manager! Even on a cold day like today she is going above and beyond! Always so helpful, and happy to do so! It's so nice that she cares each customer is happy with their experience, and willing to make it right if there's an issue.
I’ve been going to this car wash almost since they opened. I joined the monthly club and it’s a great deal. I usually go 2 to 4 times a week. The staff is very pleasant, especially one young lady named Whitney who always comes to check to see if your vehicle is cleaned in every way! It’s a pleasure to see someone smiling and welcoming you every day! I recommend this car wash to my Family and friends.
Best car wash in the area… large area! Always clean, plenty of vacuums, each spot has dual vacuums and air duster. Place to clean your mats AND a free air pump for tires! Customer service is on point as well. Jordan was awesome when I had an issue! Join the club, you won’t be disappointed!
Everything went well. Automated car wash did a good job. The only critique I would give is. I think they could do a better job manually. When they spray and brush off the car before you begin.I'm going through the automated car wash. The people are very minimalistic. Don't spend extra time trying to brush scrub off stains on the front of the car or the back bumper. Other than that, it's highly recommended. And willl continue to use them over others in the area. The free vacuum at the end is always a plus.... good suction.Towels and spray are always in stock
