The Summit of Bettendorf, a WellSpire Community

I took a tour of the facilities looking for options for my mom, and I was extremely impressed by the facilities. The grounds are beautiful, the staff is extremely nice, and the independent living apartment was very nice. The best part is that everything is there for my mom.

The care here is terrible. Takes literally 30 to 90mins to get the patient to the restroom or off the toilet. Had to take our own meds because they would "forget" to bring them. Waiting on food is ridiculous. Please don't send your loved ones here. It's overly priced for them not to care for your family. And they rarely clean your room! And we have been in touch with administrators and they are no help. No excuse for this type of care! After reading other reviews seems as leaving people sit on the toilet is common issue!

We were warmly greeted and we were extremely impressed with the azthetics of the facility. As we took our tour Tressa was very patient and extremely informative. We looked at four different apartments. Each one had very redeeming factors from color to windows . We saw several of the residents while on our tour. All appeared to be quite happy. The Summit is a very clean, well maintained, modern facility. From talking with Tressa it's obvious the residents at The Summit are much more than an income. They are family and the employees treat each and every person there as one of their family members. I would love to spend my remaining days at The Summit.

I recently spent about 3 was at the summit rehab and have nothing but good thinks to say friendly staff ,excellent care , food was delicious got my meds on time and they answered my light very quickly. Therapy gals were great and fun which made therapy much easier I would give excellent recommendation 4 this facility

I toured the Summit twice now with my Dad. We both thought it was a beautiful facility. Dad ultimately chose another senior living community only because he wanted a different view than the one in the available apartment at the time.
