The Village at Summerville

Ashley Edwards is an ANGEL!!!!! My 1st time calling! I was knee deep in research for 4 hours before calling. Ashley made me and my Family's Christmas even merrier! I'm a caregiver for my Dad and it's HARD mentally and emotionally. I was my mom's caregiver and she died in my care. So taking care of my Dad is triggering some memories around the holiday season. I'm in an unfamiliar town and I'm moving my dad 4 states over here. Ashley took her time to walk me through the website. She is extremely professional, welcoming, exceptional customer connection, understanding, patient, encouraging, phenomenal listener, knowledgeable, insightful, and such a freaking AMAZING Human being! My Mother was in the Rehab facility at The Village at Summerville after a broken pelvis for almost a month. I cannot give this place enough stars. The care was wonderful! The staff, management, nurses, CNA's, Physical therapists, Occupational therapists and receptionist were amazing! They took such good care of my mom and were so kind. It was so nice that my family and I didn't have to worry about her while she was unable to be home. She commented every day on how wonderful the staff was. We were kept up to date with her care needs and given so many helpful suggestions. A big thank you to all that helped in her recovery! Highly recommend if you or a loved one is looking for exceptional care!

My mother was there For a month for rehabilitation. The staff was fabulous.The therapist or fabulous the food was actually pretty good and my mom had excellent care . The days that I would visit her I was beyond impressed with how modern and clean the facility is and just how generously kind and attentive the people were that were taking care of my mom. If for any reason she has to go into rehab again I would definitely feel comfortable her going back there.

Amazing facility. Caring staff, excellent physical therapy especially Erica! My grandmother who is 88 just had hip surgery and stayed there for a few weeks at their skilled rehab. She absolutely loved it there. We were so thankful for the amazing care that every staff member provided to her. Everyone was so kind and happy. The facility was clean, the rooms were private and large. Staff was great with planning activities through out the day and she also mentioned how great the food was. I looked at some reviews prior to sending her there and was not sure how it would. But I can assure you that I would send my family back there and feel safe knowing that they were well taken care of. Highly recommend.
