The Villas at Devils Glen

Have been hesitant to leave a review of my experience at The Villas for a while. I actually recommended a friend live there and I feel as if I didn’t do her justice. I’ve decided to share my actual experience. The apartment: The apartment itself was a decent apartment. It was small but was to be expected for a one bedroom. It did have a private balcony which was nice. I took over a friend’s lease since they were moving out and I needed cheap rent. The only complaint I have was that water pressure always seemed funky and my toilet never wanted to flush properly. The facility as a whole: The cleaning lady there did a great job keeping the stairs and hallways cleaned. The grass was kept short at the doggy relief stations. The parking lot was cleared and sidewalks were salted during the wint

I moved in here a couple weeks ago and am loving it so far! The move in process was fast and easy, I was running late the day I was to move in and Ashley and Melissa were nice and accommodating throughout the whole process! Thank you for making the process of moving in so easy and helping me feel at home!

My water heater went out and they had it replaced in 3 hours. Impressive

Living at the villas for the past 2 almost 3 years, the staff of Melissa, Ashley, and the two nice maintenance people are by fair the best this places has seen. When issues arise, they are quick to answer and fix. They are very easy to talk to, and create a nice environment for the tenants. Apartments are nice and clean, with beautiful views.

I recently moved into The Villas at Devils Glen, and my experience has been fantastic! The move-in process was smooth, and the staff communicated effectively every step of the way. The property is well-maintained and feels like home already. Highly recommend!
