Just found my new favorite dog wash at Wash Lab! The shampoo is in the water which makes it really easy to use. Nice warm water, but not too warm. Machine takes cash or credit, $14 for 14 minutes, then $1 a minute after. I bathed both of my big dogs for about $16. There are several selections, including doggy or puppy shampoo, conditioner, flea & tick, skunk odor remover, rinse and dryer settings. I recommend you bring your own towels to make drying faster. I’ll be back for sure!

Beyond impressed with this car/dog wash! The equipment works great, which makes the whole experience quick and easy. The dog wash is just as amazing — super convenient, thoughtfully set up, and so much easier than trying to bathe my pup at home. Everything feels high-quality and well run. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch wash for both their car and their dog!

Best do-it-yourself wash in NWA! Everything works and works well. From the pre-wash to the spot free rinse that isn't just a trickle of water. They also have automatics too if you prefer.

Took my very very sassy Frenchie here for a dog wash. It was an incredible experience! I love how it’s only one room to wash one dog and you can lock the door for privacy. It aloud us to wash her with the least possible stress. My dog Daphne isn’t the most friendly with other dogs so the lock is very convenient. It was very easy to use the facility, it was very clean, and had everything we needed and we were even able to let Daphne run around the room after her bath! They even had aprons for you to use to protect your clothes. No towels tho, just a blow dryer with a low and high setting. So if you like towel drying, bring your own towel. It is now December 1 2025, and I still haven’t received my money back. I have called, texted, and emailed this company. And I still have not heard back from anyone. I have not received a check in the mail nor a refund on my bank statement. On Saturday, November 15 2025 around 1:30 PM the self service car wash bays would not work for me and multiple customers. I called the number multiple times and left a messages. No one has contacted me and I still haven’t received my refund. I used to go here all the time. It’s usually a very good car wash. I understand that a machine will break, but you should still return my money.
