The Wash Shop

Closed when I tried first, second time was the charm! Found a friendly staff member ready to cue up my online free wash coupon, noticed a powerful and smooth operation slowly being pulled through the building however for these wild prices I would pick Fast Eddies where the crew washes down the glass to ensure no streaking at the end! That personal touch is what still puts one spot in the area above the rest for me. But of course for free, the Wash Shop gets a perfect five stars!

11/22/25 I live in Lafayette, Indiana and up until recently have had wonderful service from the Lafayette, Indiana The Wash Shop. I have been trying for over TWENTY TWO days to come here and have my annual membership updated. I have left my name and number a few times, been told that there is a "management change" taking place and "the regional manager will be here, and he will contact you." That didn't happen. I was told when he would be at the facility, only to take my time and come here and find "he just left," at least three times! Therefore, because I don't seem to matter to The Wash Shop I will be cancelling my membership, and telling everyone I know of the deplorable management at this facility. Damaged my windshield back in February and never returned any of my contacts. Tried 3 times. Never again. Edit: They responded saying they're not responsible for damages. Uh, yes, yes you are. It's your shop, you damaged my vehicle, you pay for it. You will not see me again in the future unless it's in court.

This place is awesome! To be fair my first experience was a tad disappointing. However after discussing my concerns, the management team went way above and beyond at making it right. Explaining they were going through growing pains, which I can understand, being a new location and finding the right team members that exemplify their core values. I love how gentle the brushes are on the car. I love that they spray down the car before you go through the wash system. I love that they were smiling. Finally, I love the micro fiber cloths that you get to use to wipe your trusty stead down with, adding your own personal touch to the car at the end. This is a feature I've only found out west. I love that this place is in Lafayette. So much so, I've already canceled my Crew Wash subscription. This

Cool spot! I like the convenience and the friendly attitude! 😎 my car shines bright as a new penny every time! Matt the manager is a perfectionist when making as a customer you leave with a good service! I recommend THE WASH 🧼 🚗 when you are in town visiting or live somewhere nearby!! Guys keep smiling 😊
