The Wash Tub

Wash Tub damaged my mother’s car. Caused thousands of dollars and damage and then refused any liability. Both Marco and Josh are completely incompetent managers who should be fired and I will be suing for negligence and property damage. Manager Josh witnessed that their employees sprayed liquid and damaged all touchscreens and glass inside main dashboard. Even while watching the liquid roll down the backside of the touchscreen where they had soap the buttons afterwards denied anyway it could’ve damaged the screens. All screens appeared, burned, and cloudy from some chemical they used. My mother had been taking the vehicle to them for a long time, and even though in the past, they have done minimal damage we have overlooked such as breaking pieces of plastic off of inserts by taking them ou

I got the ultimate car wash and this is how they did it. I will never take my truck to that place again. Too lazy for such a simple job.

I love to give a great review when deserved. However, this is not one. I never leave bad reviews, but I feel like I just got robbed of $209.00. My car is in the same shape it was when I brought it in. In some aspects, it got worst. I’m not sure what went on for 2hrs and 45min, but it wasn’t my car being detailed. Please save your hard earned money and go to a true detail shop.

Visited Wash Tub San Marcos on 8/5 with BMW 2024 X3 paper plates & received multiple scratches on my vehicle. Michael the Manager of San Marcos reached out and planned a time and didn’t show up. Covering manager Chris was unaware of my arrival in absence. Planned another day to meet with Marco the Area manger and he states it’s not scratches. My car still has paper plates brand new and had absolutely no scratches prior to this car wash. I was even given a tour of the tunnel - filthy brushes that rub up against EVERY vehicle that are NEVER cleaned per Marco. The walls are FILTHY! I even witnessed another Blue Cadillac receive SIMILAR scratches as my car while on the tour! Full service car wash with reasonable monthly plans. Great service, friendly people and quick. They have a nice waiting room. Thought your not in there long. When I say Full Service, I mean removing the intenna, wiping down the door jams, treating the wheels, actually cleaning the windows. Yep! They do it all!
