Alex Counterman helped my fiancé and I find our new car today. He was so attentive, kind, and informative. Before a test drive, he went into a lot of detail to explain the different features, making sure to answer any questions we had. Thelen was absolutely packed, and Alex was clearly being pulled in a lot of different directions, but he stayed patient and kind through everything, even being sure to express gratitude to all of his co-workers and peers as they worked on everything needed for the sale. I went in for some recalls (headlight,fuel pump) had to take off work for the appointment and never got told that my fuel tank had to be under 1/4 tank prior. My tank was full at the time. I didn’t wanna have them suck the gas out and me have to go refuel and waste money. So I rescheduled an appointment for the fuel. As I pulled out of the driveway maybe a mile down the road I heard multiple metal things fall and hit under my car. I pulled over popped the hood and I didn’t really see anything wrong so I went on with my day. I was able to put my car onto a hoist the following weekend and looked under my car and noticed that my whole plastic belly pan on my car was loose and all but one bolt was gone and hanging on by a thread. I called the dealership back and they looked at it the next time
