Thomas Auto Service and Repair

Dropped my vehicle off months ago, he told me he can get to it by the following week. Couple days into the week, I didn't hear anything so I called and he said they dont have equipment to do the job, so they have to order it. I was cool with a little longer as long as they had intentions to fix it. Fast forward to today, they gave absolutely no effort to actually fix my vehicle. No equipment ordered or even a phone call to tell me they won't do it. It's not like I've been pushy or anything, I know to give a man some space to work. I work in a service as well, so I understand how things go, but this is downright unacceptable. Maybe alright if you are a tourist that needs a quick repair, but if you need a reliable mechanic as a local, try somewhere else.

Took my Ford Focus here and they fixed me right up! Great service, great prices! I will use Thomas's for all my car needs from now on and recommend them to all my friends.

I called ahead and made an appointment with this company to have my brake pads changed. They assured me it would be done within one day. I then opted to drop it off the night before and they told me that was even better. The following day I had not heard from them and called around 4:00 p.m. to check in as I was on my way to pick up my vehicle. They then put me on hold and when they came back, said they didn't even get to it. Obviously, I was very annoyed as I had scheduled an appointment,... Not a walk-in... An appointment. I had also arranged for someone to pick me up and drop me off, and had to make special arrangements to get to work that day only to find out that they hadn't done anything at all. When I called they had no excuse more than being busy, and I was not happy about the situ

We were 500+ miles from home. Thomas Auto Service came to the rescue with the problem diagnosis and repair in 24 hours. Great work. Wish they had branch were I live!

This company has provided me with great service and integrity with their servicing and maintenance of my vehicle. There is no other garage in this county I will ever allow to touch my vehicle other than them!
