Thomas Grove Assisted Living and Memory Care

From the moment I stepped into Thomas Grove, it was clear that the staff truly care about the residents and genuinely love what they do. The environment is perfect — not too large and not too small — and it truly feels like walking into a home rather than a facility. I would strongly recommend Thomas Grove to anyone looking for assisted living or memory care.

After looking at SO many Assisted Living Facilities, we found Thomas Grove and immediately fell in love with it. Sabrina and Mindy whom I love so much, have been extremely helpful and made the transition easy for our mother. They have a dog , her name is Eve, and Mom loves her so much. The staff have all been absolutely wonderful and caring!! There is so much for the residents to do and the place is so beautiful!! They are always there for you if you anything. We know that we made the best decision for Mom at Thomas Grove. Cindy Mefford

This used to be a wonderful facility, but ever since new management took over last year, it has gone downhill. While the building might look nicer on the inside, the heart of what made it special, the warm, family-oriented environment is gone. Long-standing staff who truly cared are no longer there, and that speaks volumes. They're taking things away from the tenants left and right. It's heartbreaking to see such a positive place lose what made it feel like home. Why do you keep deleting this review?

From the moment I walked into the doors 9 years ago it felt like family. Everyone is so caring, loving, understanding and Everyone looks out for each other. They're the best staff i have ever worked with. The care for the residents is GREAT, that's why I decided this would be the perfect place for my dad when he needed it and sure enough they took great care of him while he was here. Can't say enough about the staff, the residents are our family too.

In my short time here I have found family. That’s sounds corny but the staff and residents have a vibe that is heartwarming. Our care team is diligent, and empathetic, finding ways to connect with residents everyday. Our activities directors show heart in everything they do. I look forward to sharing our continued beauty updates to the community through touring. I especially love the wildlife that visits daily in the garden area.
