You will get quality work on your vehicle here. You will be told the truth about what is wrong with your vehicle. This is an honest vehicle repair shop. The owners are fantastic! The prices are commensurate with the work you get done. This is a great shop if you are a woman especially because so many vehicle repair shops always raise their prices when they see a woman coming in the door. You will not get that kind of treatment at this garage. They will not tell you something needs to be replaced if it doesn't. Highly recommend this shop!!

A RARE COMBINATION OF HONEST, FAST, AND FAIR! When my truck wouldn't start I asked my buddy who is a "car guy" where I should take it. He said hands down I should go to Thompson's Auto Service. I had the truck towed in, and Jason figured it out, ordered and installed the parts, and got it running very quickly. He kept me updated on the progress, and when it came time to pay the bill I was very pleasantly surprised! If you need a mechanic, this is the place to go in FWB.

I brought my 1996 Ford F-250 in for a no start. I was referred by Danny from Sirmans Landscaping and Irrigation. They keep me informed, got it running in a timely manner and the price was right. I would recommend anyone who has issues with there vehicle to take it to Thompson's Auto Service. I have been in the automotive business since 1989 and I felt a lot of trust when talking to them. The proffesionalism in this place is amazing! The guys at Thompsons auto will truly take care of you and your vehicle needs and make sure your next visit is not for the same reason as your last...Took my truck in for repairs recently and Jason talked me through the problem and the fixes, pros and cons and the best long term fix for my vehicle. I dropped my truck off and within no time i was getting a call to come pick it up. My truck now drices significantly better and i couldnt be happier. I highly recommend this shop to all.

If 10 stars was an option I would choose it. Jason fixed my ac in my truck in a fast manner. Very price friendly . The staff is awesome also . I will refer all friends and family to this shop for life. Thanks guys!
