Tidal Wave Auto Spa | Car Wash

Out of all the Tidal Wave Autospas that I have reviewed, this is the first one that doesn't get 5 stars. We arrived at 10 minutes till 8:00, which is the time it was supposed to open. It was 8:15 before a worker moved the cones and we were allowed in. When we pulled up to the entrance to the door of the actual car wash, they had a blue cone still sitting in front of where your tire goes into to keep you straight during the wash. It took about a minute before someone moved that cone. When we went through we noticed that one set of side brushes were not functioning. At the end when it normally moves you to the exit it stopped about 5 ft. short and the brush that comes down on your hood sat there for a few seconds before finally moving up the windshield. Love Tidal Wave car washes! This particular location is located on the top of a small hill and is somewhat tight for maneuvering around but overall a great facility, nice vacuums plenty of towels out for interior cleaning. Friendly and professional staff.

I love this place. It is always a in, and out. I pay for the monthly package for my truck, and work van. They both always look good when I am done drying the little bit that the blowers don’t get.
