My tire light went on and I brought it in, thinking maybe I had a nail in my tire. Turns out that my tire pressure was low in all 4 tires! They filled up my tires and did not charge me. Thank you! Love supporting local businesses.

I can't recommend Tim's Auto Care highly enough. Finding an honest mechanic is priceless, and that's exactly what you get here. The entire staff operates with integrity, and they've earned a customer for life. I recently went in for an inspection and a few other things. I brought my own brake pads, fully expecting to need them replaced. After the inspection, Tim let me know my current brakes were still in good shape and that there was no need to change them, which saved me a good bit of money. Even more impressive, he diagnosed an engine code and discovered the issue was for a part still under warranty with Toyota. Instead of taking the job and charging me for it, he was transparent about the situation and advised me to take it to the dealership where the repair would be done for free.

I would highly recommend Tim's Auto Care. I contacted them and Tina was so pleasant and easy to speak to. She did not rush me like other places do. When I dropped my truck off, they were very helpful with me and took care of everything that needed to be done. I will definitely be using them again.

A positive was how Tim and staff were able to schedule me for service early that morning 2 weeks ago since i was broken down next door at a gas station parking lot. And they moved my car from the station to their location. I needed an alternator replacement which is what the Roadside assistance stated to me when he looked at my car and tried to start it. The issue I ran into was the cost of the replacement part and the labor. Actually, the labor cost in my opinion was fair. It was the overall cost of the job close to $1200 in my opinion was extremely high. I was stuck and had to have it done. I think the 2 stars is fair and the public should be aware of the pros and cons. Again I had zero issues with the work and the accommodations. I thought the costs was very high.

1st time there and I had very positive 1st impression. Tim was able to work on best price for my repairs. They did repair as agreed on timely manner and even replaced my air filter for free. Very nice people. Definitely I recommend it
