Tim's BP/Amoco Service

Outstanding service! Needed a tow to an auto repair shop. While the wait was longer than I would have liked, once Tim arrived it was so fast and easy. His tow truck had accessories that could fully lift an all wheel drive suv, with out being a flatbed truck. Less than 15 minutes to hook up car, 10 minute drive to repair shop and 10 minutes off the truck. Quick and painless. My roadside assistance chose Tim’s Amoco for the service but I will use them again if I ever need towed again. A+

The mechanic went way above and beyond to help me when we were stranded in Ankeny!! The staff were friendly, helpful, efficient and kind. I was so thankful to find an honest person in our time of need. They may be few and far between but their people restored my faith in humanity.

Had my car in idle and it over headed. Added coolant on my own but still wanted to get it looked at. Contacted Jeremy and had it in on March 31 and by 10am the 1st of April all was good to go! Very fast, friendly and efficient service at a great price. Would highly recommend 👍

I do not live in Ankeny, but discovered a nail in my tire about 10 miles away while passing through. I called a dozen places first, all who said they couldn’t fix my tire that day. When I called Tim’s they were so friendly and told me to come right in. I was in and out in 20 minutes. The service was exceptional and I’m grateful. I even asked a lingering car repair question on the fly (since I was there) and they gave me help and advice on a completely unrelated issue. Would highly recommend.

Got charged a lot of money for little or nothing basically got charged 100 dollars for a hose and oil change and problems were never fixed was told to go to dealership !!!!! Çhristian brothers auto up the road from Tim's bp was 221.00 for same work I guess we know who gets my business and my money from here on out it really bothers me to think how many times I've been greased from Tim's bp amaco
