Went for an oil change in early October, I work from home and don’t really leave my house unless I need to run a few errands, i don’t have alot of miles on my car. I went out of town early December and on with two hours left to go till I got to my destination, my car started giving me a warning that I needed to immediately add a quart of oil to my car. I was in the middle of nowhere and had no choice but to keep driving my car. When I was finally able to measure the oil, it was almost completely empty, this makes NO sense. I took it to another mechanic who then told me that if any oil at all was added, it was nowhere near what my car needed and could’ve caused damage. They advised my engine light was also on too as there was a bunch of oil residue that had not been cleaned. I will NEVER be

My girlfriend went there for an oil change in her Audi. I drive an Audi as well and know a couple things about cars (obviously not as much as them). We noticed on her oil meter that it wasn’t all the way filled up, so I had her go check with them as I was out of town. When she got there she was rudely told that it’s fine and it doesn’t have to be all the way towards max. Well I’ve gotten countless oil changes in Audi cars and have never seen the meter in the middle after a change. The oil lasted 3.5K miles before it said to get a change so I took it somewhere else and what do you know, the meter was all the way to max. Just a classic example of men taking advantage of woman at a car service establishment.

I would avoid this place at all costs. Suckered in with a $49.99 oil change offer on website. Apparently my vehicle with 80k miles didn't qualify for their synthetic blend oils, so it was $97 after taxes. Then got a call with an intonation that something needed emergency attention to my vehicle, only to call back and be told I needed an extra $3k of additional work done. Didn't do the tire rotation that was supposed to be "included free", so I don't even know if they actually did anything more than reset the oil change counter. NEVER AGAIN will I use this place. UNTRUSTWORTHY to say the least.

I had been there a couple of times to see about tires and oil changes, but was not impressed. Then I decided to purchase new tiresThrough them, as they had just received a new manager, and it seemed as if the business was gonna be turning around. I think they have been challenged with the help. Not enough people, walking off the job or not showing up and that makes it difficult for customers to be positive about the business . My second trip was an oil change, tire, rotation, and diagnostic check on my liftgate. I was told a half hour and it ended up being 2 1/2 hours. My third trip was to replace the liftgate button and things seemed to be better. They got me out of there in about 35 minutes. I went in for a tire patch. I found a nail in my tire and called to set up a 12:30 appointment which unfortunately was my birthday. I was told 30 min upon arrival I was told less than an hour. I was there over two hours. While there the manager and front desk salesman were standing outside the door going from the office to garage cursing and using the F word non stop and taking about strippers. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years for my old truck and my new truck. I asked about getting my brake pads replaced in a few weeks and asked about a Groupon discount they had a few months ago. The manager was very rude and said I have no idea check online. He didn’t even offer me a quote . I will NOT be returning.
