Tire Choice Auto Service Centers

I was traveling from Florida to Virginia when I started to get a vibration in SC from steering wheel. Took exit off 95 ,traveled 26 miles to find a tire service center. Walmart was closed so I found Tire choice across the road and they were able to help me.I got 4 new tires on my car as they were having a sale and car needed them anyway. They were down a tech because he left early to go pick up child from daycare and wasn't supposed to leave.The other guy ,it was his second day and he didn't know how to change the tires so they had to take my car to their sister store Mr. Tire down the street. Three hours later I get my car back and off to Virginia I go. Stayed about 13 days. Upon leaving my dad noticed my hubcaps were sticking out. The tech did not line up the valve stems to the cut out p

I did not catch this before but my first name should be spelled Arthur. The reception for service was courteous as were the service men. The waiting area was simple and comfortable. The completion time was extensive. A part of my brake work had an issue as an old screw in the rotor, I think, needed to be drilled out byut the service rep who was hard working did not have the correct drill bit available to complete that drilling. I’ve always enjoyed positive service from the store. .

Parker and the rest of the guys were great to work with. Prices on my estimate were accurate, they let me choose my own parts to put on the car, and it was done when they said it would be done. Only good things to say about this place. I got tires on one car and a bearing and CV axle on the other. I'm 100% confident that they were honest with me and I got the best service I was going to get.

I had to return several different times due to staffing issues. They didn’t not have someone who could service the vehicle or it would take many hours. The front desk person was always honest and helpful. The mechanics got grease on my car door and didn’t put the spare tire back in it’s place in the trunk.

I received a warm welcome and professional help from Mr. Parker. He assisted me in getting me the best deal on the best tiers for my car . He also helped me getting my front and back tires Aligned properly . He also informed me to get an oil change and filter . Parker and the mechanic were so professional and polite . 5 star
