Staff was friendly, they quickly checked my car and found the issue for the noise. It was a matter of a flap-like piece that was loose. The piece was secured and the car was driven to ensure the noise was gone. When I went to pay, I was told that there was 'no charge'. Very satisfied that the issue was quickly found and resolved. Good people to deal with.

Great overall service and work….but they are very expensive. I was told one price on the phone ( install $ per tire ) and when I went to pay it was increased from 35$ per tire to 50$ per tire plus fees. Normal price around town is 25$ a tire so I was shocked that it was double here. Probably won’t use again due to those reasons. Great people and work though.

Tire Choice Auto is always our first stop when it comes to our vehicles’ tire needs. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Our service turnaround time is always very quick, which is huge for our on-the-go family!

After dropping off my car got a call with them saying they couldn’t start my car and they call back if they had any other issues which ran absolutely fine before dropping off, Took 2 in and half hours later for oil change with an appointment I made at the call center which they also said they didn’t have my info and dispatch must handle appointments differently along with them quoting me a completely different price then what I paid with a $20 dollar difference once I arrived 2 in and Half later as I hadn’t Heard back , they were pushing extra service that they said I needed, when I arrived , my car was still lifted up without my 2 front tires which they said I should replace after denying other services they said it’ll be another 15 minutes as they claim they got backed up after Paying

This place is awesome Richard and the front desk guys are very friendly & accommodating this is the third time I have used this store 2 times for my truck & 1 for my wife’s car I ran over a bolt at 5 pm on a Friday rush hour I called Richard answered and said bring it in we will look at it if it needs a tire we can order it mount it and put the spare on and return when it’s ready I took the vehicle to the shop & they immediately took it to the back located the bolt it did not look good looked like I needed a tire to all their amazement the bolt did not go through the tire was not leaking (lucky for me) he said he has never seen a bolt go in at that angle & not puncture the tire he reinstalled the tire & wheel I was in & out in no time & on my way home they didn’t even charge me for their t
