Flat tire over the weekend. Vehicle towed and when I called, they were attempting to contact me! Prompt service, pricing and replacement options provided. Consistent communication as to when the vehicle would be ready. I will give them another opportunity to service my vehicle for the next regularly scheduled maintenance. Special recognition to Ocean.

I’ve been coming here since I had my first vehicle as a 16 year old, I’m 20 now and have moved a little further from this tire choice but have decided to continue using this one because of the amazing experience I’ve had these last 4 years. Jim specially has always been very kind and always communicated well with me.

We had a situation with Enterprise Car Rental where they were not approving the repair of a tire with a nail in it. We had to pay out of pocket and wait for reimbursement… The manager, Ocean Williams, at Tire Choice was very helpful and accommodating to try to get this resolved as quickly as possible. She was very transparent and her team got the tire replaced quickly. She made light of an unpleasant situation with the rental car company.

I've been a customer of Autotire now known as TireChoice for years. Jim is the manager and I consider him a friend at TireChoice. He always does his best to get me the best price and service possible. That's why I keep going back. Get my oil changed there and have bought multiple sets of tires. No complaints with Jim and his team.
