Every-time I enter this building I receive a warm welcome and great customer service! The staff is very knowledgeable and gets my car in and out without an all day wait time. I love going here …. Keep up the great work guys!

I’m starting to think this place a scam. They lost a loyal customer. I love tire choice back in Columbus, OH and found another when I moved. I been getting my oil change, tire rotation, and got new tires installed. Not even a month later my check engine light is on. It’s like they don’t even want to have a conversation without talking about money. I spent alot of money my car got less than 45k on it. Just odd. I will not be coming back. Also they cannot even tell me about the multi point inspection they claim they do every service. Very disappointed.

Great fast service. Friendly lady at the desk helped me find the tires that I wanted for my truck at the price I was Looking for and ordered them so they could be installed the next day. Brought my truck in the next day and the technician installed them right away. Great looking tires. A+ service.

I walked in on a Tuesday morning to get two very pitiful tires replaced. Brian greeted me in the lobby with a great smile and wonderful attitude. He offered me reasonably priced tires and explained any fees. What could have been a bummer of an expense ended up being a pleasant interaction and a quick replacement of my work out tires. The tire tech was also fast and efficient. Great job guys!

Wish I caught the name of the advisor, but the lady working the desk is awesome, she didn’t try and over charge me rather worked with my budget and got me back on the road. The actual techs are awesome too, car was done a full day before I expected. 10/10 there’s a reason I’ve been going here for 4 years.
