I am so grateful and happy to have received service from this establishment. From my first contact to the last detail of service- my experience was pleasant. The work was completed same day and the team members were professional and knowledgeable. The price was fair and I feel confident in their competence. I highly recommend them to others. I had my vehicle towed here solely for a tire repair, not for a full list of additional work. While my car was there, I received four phone calls in one day while I was working, which already felt excessive. When I explained that I was at work and needed time to review the recommendations, the tone shifted. I asked for an itemized breakdown of each repair with parts and labor, which is a very reasonable request. I was refused an emailed estimate and instead only sent photos of a computer screen, which showed cut-off text and incomplete descriptions of the recommended repairs. The screen itself was extremely confusing and difficult to interpret, even for me. I honestly cannot imagine how this would be handled by an elderly customer or someone with cognitive limitations, given how unclear

I contacted Tire Kingdom in Inverness Thursday night around 7:45 PM, not expecting anyone to answer. David picked up, and after I explained that my tire’s sidewall had a huge slice in it, he told me to bring it right in and they’d take care of it. When I arrived, they were already waiting for me. They replaced the tire, and in under 20 minutes I was back on the road. Excellent, quick, and courteous service. Thank you to David and the team!

The service was outstanding! While I was driving my car started making a loud rattling sound. I needed to stop at the nearest auto repair shop. I’m glad it was Tire Kingdom. David was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My car was fixed very quickly and I was on my way. I highly recommend this Tire Kingdom shop!

It’s Friday after Thanksgiving and thankfully Tire Kingdom, now Mavis tire and auto, was open. I took my car in because I have a slow leak in my front tire. After a quick check in with Robert, they took my car back and begin investigating. After short while they came back and told me they could not find the leak. I too had issues finding the leak earlier in the week, which is why I took it in. There were no obvious signs and the health of the tire, stem, etc, was good. I questioned if maintenance performed on the front of the car earlier this year could contribute so they went back to investigate further. They came back with some additional details and we discussed further action. They also confirmed I needed another repair, that a different mechanic told me I needed. I always like to g
