Tire Kingdom

I went with a screw in the tire of a brand new car with concern because I have black coated wheels and lug nuts which can scratch easy when removing tires. The ASM Parker showed me their nylon protective sockets that are used for just such an occasion. Turns out the screw didn’t puncture all the way through so no charge and sent me on my way in about 10mins. I’ll be back for sure when the car is ready for real work to be done.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Tire Kingdom (Mavis) location in Oviedo, FL that I feel other customers should be aware of. I ordered tires through their website after entering my vehicle information. The site clearly confirmed the tires fit my car. Later I received a voicemail from an employee named Holland claiming I had ordered the wrong size. Had to get a tire patched today and they took care of it quickly and efficiently. It was a great experience, just like every time I’ve gone there for oil changes. They’re always easy to work with and consistently do a great job!

The service was fast, and the customer service was absolutely amazing from start to finish. While waiting for my car, I sat in the lobby, which was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Ivan and his team are top-notch! I came in and it was very busy. I just needed a tire mounted/balanced on a wheel that was off my Armada. Ivan took the time to do it himself so I wouldn't have to drop off and wait. Customer service like this is hard to find! keep it up!
