Amazing service! I desperately needed 2 new front tires because they were bald and so rotted they had a slow leak. I was in and out of the shop in less than 30 minutes. I got some used tires but they were so lightly used some of the original stickers were still on the side. To top it all off, the tires were HALF what I had put aside in my budget for them. I will never go anywhere else for tires!

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! Was originally told over the phone one price. Got there and was told different price. Went ahead with purchase as I was told I was getting a 50k mile tire. TWO MONTHS later tires are already getting close to needing replacement. TWO MONTHS. One big guy that speaks good English is the only person I dealt with. When I went back by to question him about why the tire has been terrible he first tried to tell me he has not carried that tire for months. When I showed him I purchased them 2 months ago he then says they do not have warranty. Straight up nothing but lies across the board from these people. I love being able to support Hispanic businessess but this one should be shut down. Terrible way to treat people.

I won't ever go back. For 15 years I got all my tires here. But after buying 4 brand new tires, had a bad bounce on one so I went back to have it rebalance. The guys rebalanced it but the bounce was still there. Since the tires were still under warranty, I asked for a new tire. The manager told me it was my rim. I said ok, please change out the rim. The bounce was worse. I finally went to a tire shop in Pell City and they performed a load test and determined the TIRE was bad! I took my receipt back to Scott's and the manager reluctantly gave me a new tire that didnt match the other three. Problem solved, but it took several weeks of poor customer service and unnecessary expense. The manager is very hard to deal with. The tire shop I normally use didn’t have any used tires in the size I needed, and I really didn’t want to pay full price for a brand-new tire. While looking for other options, I happened to drive by this shop and decided to stop in and see if they had what I needed. I was replacing both front tires on my Nissan Altima. As soon as I walked in, I was promptly greeted by two gentlemen who asked how they could help. I told them what size and how many tires I needed, and they quoted me $150 for both — including everything. That was a great price, so I had them go ahead with the work.
