Quick professional efficient service from everybody involved!! Coordination from booking tire order and appointment online, right through to real people. Tidy and clean waiting area, full offering of add-ons, and better than promised while-you-wait completion. Very pleased; will not hesitate to be a repeat customer!!!

Everything about my experience was great. Buy-one-get-one on Nexen tires was great ... in got 4 and basically paid half price. They got me in quick ... didn't have to wait a month or more for an appointment. The day of my appointment I was in at 7:30am and out by 8:30am. Super fast. Super professional and friendly. Will definitely go here again for tires. I used to go to Costco for tires - no more. TIRE WAREHOUSE IS THE PLACE! Thank you so very much!!!!!

I came into the store and the person at the counter didn’t acknowledge me for nearly 5 minutes. If you want good service reviews, it starts there. I don’t care about waiting my turn when a shop is busy but not saying, “Hello.” or better, “I’ll be with you as soon as I can take care of these customers. Sorry for the delay.” Almost anything is better than ignoring a customer. I told the person that no one returned my two messages. He said, “Sorry we are short staffed.” I said I wanted to preorder snow tires for my other vehicle and not calling me back had at least delayed a sale. In the end it cost you the sale. I said, “Let’s get the snow tires on my Mercedes (which I bought from you last year) and we’ll figure out the tire purchase next.” He checked me in and then moved onto the next cu

This place is an absolute mess! I waited almost an hr last week just to be told they couldn’t help me. I needed my tires retorcked like I was told to do from them! I understand that it gets busy but when I’m waiting and watching them ignore other customers, while their phones are ringing non stop and watching the employees completely ignore everyone, it was very irritating. The new manager Jordan was talking about firing the previous manager who I happened to really like, in front of customers. It was unprofessional and he was more focused on talking poorly about a previous employee than doing his job as the phones continued to ring and we all continued to wait. I’ve been a customer with this company since 2020 but the service now is nothing like it used to be. The acting manager was rude

My husband and I were loyal customers of Tire Warehouse for over three years, largely because of the previous manager, Corey. He was professional, knowledgeable, and treated customers with respect, which is why I referred many Town of Shelburne employees (where I’ve worked for 19 years) to this location. Since Corey was let go, the service has declined significantly. The new management has been rude and unprofessional, and the overall customer experience is no longer what it once was. I’m very disappointed in the direction this business has taken.
