Top notch customer service! I didn't get the first person that waited on me, both him and Jacob were very knowledgeable, explained options and no hard sales. Unlike CarX in Johnston, I felt they really had my best interest in mind. I recently moved to Madrid, half hour away but I can tell you this will be my go to place for car service.

BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! My first clue to this place being trouble should have been another customer complaining about the services they received while I was there! Nonetheless, we gave them over 1000.00 in tires and oil change for our daughter’s car. The woman working was quite friendly and helpful. So, decided to shell out another 1500.00 on tires for my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L. Right off the bat the alignment was BAD and they messed up my 4 Wheel Drive. Took it back and they made the alignment better and supposedly fixed the 4 Wheel Drive. Nope! It was still messed up! Went to fix again and in March gave them more money for an oil change. Really thought this would be our new home for services. The 4WD still was messed up. I live a busy life parenting 10 kids with 8 at home. I’m like,

These guys are amazing they got me in here and got me taken care of. The manager and employees were kind to me and ive never not met a nice person at this discount tire. Im a customer for life . I recommend this place to everyone. I've had a scrappy couple of days and I will be leaving here much happier and confident.

I was in a bind this morning as my car notified me that my tires were low in air so I went to various gas stations to fill my tires and one tire kept losing air. I stopped at Tires Plus and asked if they could help me get my tires filled so I can make it to work safely. They helped me right away and were so nice! I will definitely be back for my tire needs.
