I had a great experience here and highly recommend this shop. Shaun, the manager, was professional, honest, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Hayden performed the service on my vehicle and did an excellent job. They replaced my serpentine belt, installed rear brake pads and rotors, completed an alignment and tire balance, and even honored a price match without any hassle. Everything was explained clearly, pricing was fair, and the work was completed efficiently. I really appreciated the transparency and the 12-month/12,000-mile warranty, which gave me extra confidence in the service. Awesome service provided from this Fort Myers Tires plus location. Chandler was a life saver for us today while we were traveling and our car broke down. The location was clean and comfortable as well while we waited. Hands down, excellent service provided!

Chandler has been amazing and has provided us exceptional service. We are from Miami and got stuck halfway home. He’s been very patient and worked with us diligently to have our car issues resolved, and back on the road ASAP. Hands down this Tires Plus location is by far the best out of the multiple locations.
