Tires Plus

Dave was attentive to our tire needs. He checked our tire size to be sure we were correct. He got our tires ordered and they arrived as we were told. The technician got our tires mounted in a timely manner.

Ran over some screws and needed a repair. Walked in to 3 different tire shops and no one could repair flat that same day. I went to Tires Plus and they had my tire off the rim within 20 minutes. One of the screws was in the side wall making repair impossible but the tires were at the end of their life so decided to replace 2 and was out the door in about an hour. Customer service was pleasant and speed of service was great. I went back the next morning and bought the other 2 tires. The customer service was helpful and speed of service was great.

Tire plus disgusted me today I’ve been seeing for the past couple of months that I need brakes and and they want to wait till I need rotors to change my brakes and saying that they can’t change my brakes without my rotors is a scam knowing damn well I’ve been needing brakes you were trying to wait because I got warranty, which is free for my brakes to have me pay for rotors trying to get people it’s sick. I will never be back at tire place. I feel like people be trying to play females and that it’s not acceptable

Austin did a great job helping me get scheduled. Greg was fantastic helping us get checked in and checked out. They were gracious and helpful the whole way. Not to mention they had some amazing deals on tires! I've been coming to tires plus since I was 16 years old. 24 years of loyalty means so much!

I am glad I found a great trustworthy place to fix my car, as I just moved here to Greenwood. Applying for their financing was super easy too. Thank you!
