Tires Plus

Conner was super helpful when my friend and I were headed out of town after a mini vacation to Omaha and found ourselves with a flat tire due to a nail. Conner didn’t hesitate and fit us into the schedule on a Sunday after we stopped by and called multiple shops. We also had a dog with us and he was very accommodating to him as well. The customer service was beyond 5 stars and I can’t say thank you enough for making our bad day better!

Your manager Shaun was very polite and well knowledgeable at any questions I had. He was quick to get me signed in and to get the work order to the maintenance team. I chose to wait, in the waiting lounge, for my repair to be done and I watched him at his job. He should be recognized for his work and the ability to handle all that his work demands. Any problem I've had with my older pickup your teams have fixed it and were fixed correctly with no call backs. Kudos to facility and all of your teams!

These guys go above and beyond. I didn't have an appointment and my starter failed. Had vehicle towed there and the guys made time to get me back on the road. Had several things done on my truck and everything they have done leaves me with confidence that it was done correctly. Being open on Sunday is huge for us 6 days a week workers. These guys are legit and I trust their work. They are my go to with all my needs

Not too busy today, so was able to get right in. Service was great. They were very friendly and checked in with me throughout process. During a previous tire change, one of my wheel covers cracked during the service and they ordered replacements for me. I appreciate the hard work and attention to detail :)

Connor was extremely helpful from my call this morning asking about a tire replacement all the way until I was handed my keys and receipt. I’ve been using tires plus for over a year now and always appreciate their customer service and how fast they are.
