Tires Plus

Great service! Super helpful! Showed up stressed after my spare donut started going flat. The flat was checked for repair, my spare was filled, and options for replacement tires were checked. There was no pressure from the staff; just helpful problem-solving.

I originally brought in my 08 jeep grand cherokee for an oil change, While my vehicle was at there shop they suggested I needed a light bulb replaced from the back plate area. The mechanic guy broke the cover of the light bulb and I was not told that had happened nor that the light bulb wasn’t replaced I found out and I immediately called and I was told by CHARLES he was going to call JEEP dealership for a replacement cover. I have tried many attempts and he keeps lying saying he ordered it and till this day he has NOT called me back to pick up the part that was broken.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Huge shout-out to Charles at Tires Plus! After having my cabin air filter changed at Valvoline, I started hearing an awful buzzing and humming noise inside the cabin the very next day. I went back to Valvoline, and they told me there was nothing they could do and that debris may have fallen into the motor. Super frustrating. I then drove over to Tires Plus on an absolutely frigid day (-15 degrees!), and Charles went completely out of his way to help. He took the time to diagnose the issue, figured out what was causing the noise, and resolved it. Best of all—he didn’t charge me a dime. Charles provided exceptional customer service, showed real care and professionalism, and turned a very annoying situation into a great experience. He absolutely deserves a raise. Another "repair service" assured me I needed to replace both front lower control arms to correct vehicle steering. However, it would not offer a lifetime alignment service with the work. A "die test" was also recommended to identify the source of a "fluid leak." I knew that the brake fluid required changing so I came back to Tires Plus where I have been treated with courtesy and honesty for over 30 years!

I've been to Tires Plus a few times for service. Came in today to try and fix a nail that punctured my tire in the tread. Charles told me they are pretty busy but if I drop off he could get it done by end of day... all good there. Got a voicemail at 3pm saying they can't fix my tire and to call back. Gal told me they can't fix it because they broke the side wall of the tire...? No apologies, no discussion only a message saying they can replace the tire at full cost next day. Might be me, but a side wall busting on a 2 year old tire means the guy working the tire didn't know what he was doing... and I get to pay for it. So long Tire Plus...
