Tito's repair shop and towing

I was stuck in my garage where a tow truck couldn't fit with a bad puncture in my tire, Tito walked over from his shop, evaluated the situation, returned with his tools and plugged the tire incredibly quickly for a great price. I was very impressed with his services, kindness, honesty, and efficiency, he's an absolute lifesaver!

I had a car breakdown during a trip to Boston, and I couldn't have been luckier to find Tito's shop open in the middle of the night. My car had a worn-out part between the alternator and the battery, resulting in constant battery issues. Tito went above and beyond to help me out. He promptly towed my car and ensured it was fixed the next day. I am incredibly grateful for Tito's professionalism and kindness. While other repair shops gave me the runaround and quoted an outrageous sum for a job they said would take a day or two, Tito solved my problem within minutes for a very reasonable fee. Absolute LIFESAVERS! Had a flat tire late Friday night and they were able to fit me in and put on the spare in a matter of minutes to get me back on the road. Wonderful service and fast turnaround time!

Had a flat (after hours) that I was pretty sure was due to a slow-ish leak and called Tito's for a tow to the tire shop the next morning. The mechanic said "why don't I come look at it tonight and maybe I can fix it for you". It was deep in the tread and he patched it up right on the spot, no tow required. An hour and a half from discovering the problem to problem solved. Doesn't get much better than that.
