I’m extremely disappointed with this mechanic. First time I went they did replace my brakes and that seemed ok. But like many other reviews, he did an oil change even though I didn’t ask for one because he said it was “really low”. I found that strange because my car indicates when it’s low. Then I had a problem with another part and they charged me almost a grand for it. When it had the same problem a month later I assumed it would be under warranty but they charged me another couple hundred bucks and said “an animal got in there and chewed on a part”. I should have asked to see it. Well now the same part failed yet again after another few months. I greatly appreciate the quick attention from the owner and mechanics, great price, and honest feedback, and the most important thing that caught my attention was the cleanliness of the shop and bathroom, IDK about you but I look at small thinks like that because that's how they treat your car. 100% recommended.

Ramon has been great. I've been to the shop for a few different issues with; my brakes, rotors and shocks. And each time he has been very personable and very helpful. I highly recommend TJ's.
