Toce Brothers Tire / Barnwell House of Tires

Got in line for service, was greeted immediately for a 4 summer to winter studded tire swap (on the day before the 1st snowfall when EVERYONE needed new tires!) Watched a couple episodes of my favorite series, had lunch, and handed my ride over to the guys who get it done. -> 2 hours quicker than what the competition quoted me <- The guys pointed out concerns with my summer tires, recommended an alignment and got me right back on the road. Highly recommend

Highly recommend Toce Brothers! Long story short I had purchased a brand new set of oversized LT tires elsewhere for my modified 4Runner. After multiple attempts of balancing at other places (1x bead balance, 3x high speed balance, and 1x RoadForce balance which was done incorrectly), and a new set of rims (nothing was wrong with the original rims) I found out that Toce does RoadForce balance (and they do it for best price around) so I brought it there for a last ditch effort to try yet again. I showed up, they brought my truck right in, an hour later they were done and I was left with perfectly balanced tires! All the staff there was amazing and very friendly, and most importantly honest! I will ALWAYS choose Toce for my future tire needs.

Been doing business here for years. Not the same. Slower than molasses now. Techs on the phone, drinking coffee and just wandering around slowly. Many people leaving the waiting line. Prolly last time here.

Fast. Professional. Kind. I brought my car to replace the front two tires that were well beyond their miles. I had to buy used (really good tires for a good price, either way) as I was in quite the pinch and still had to go to work that day. They were working on my car within minutes, and shortly after, Janice found me out front and told me, she’s not gonna charge me…but she has to replace the back two as well, (they were pretty bald, but I couldn’t afford to replace them just then) and she wouldn’t feel good if I drove them out of here…and They Would Donate Them!!??! All she asked is that I come back when I’m ready to buy new tires. I was stunned. I can’t express my gratitude enough. She earned a Life Long Customer without doubt.

Genuinely a great first experience here. They got me in and out in under 2 hours with 4 reasonably priced tires, and also sent me right over to Ron’s down the road for an alignment. Customer service was 10/10. Will most definitely be back in the future.
