I can't say enough good things about my experience with this place! My starter gave out and Todd helped get my car started so I could at least get it to his shop so they could work on it. The entire process was handled so well and with so much care, and they gave me so much peace of mind during an extremely stressful day. Todd even gave me a ride to work after taking my car in. They also got my car fixed extremely quickly. I am so pleased with the work and care they showed, and I will be recommending them to everyone from now on!

This place is the finest auto repair shop I have ever been to. They are a first class operation and will take care of your car as if it was their own. I took my 1964 Imperial there for some repair and maintenance work since it was a little neglected over the years. When I picked it up, it ran like a new car. Todd went over everything to diagnose what the car needed to make it run like I wanted it to and to make it safe. Many thanks to Todd and his technicians.

after 7 hours to do an alignment, i go to pick up my car and as i’m driving I realize my shift knob is loose and only the shift knob adapter is on the threads of stick shift. Talk to the owner and honestly not sure what happened but it was a simple fix but he seemed like a pretty genuine guy. Said he wanted to get to my car last and take more time to get it correctly aligned which I understand and appreciate. I shoulda been more specific on my time frame and when I needed it done but overall the alignment is good and handles smoothly around corners. My only worries would be who else handles my car( worker wise) I don’t mind the owner handling it and much prefer it. I’m very picky on who works on my car and I usually try to do everything myself unless I need certain equipment

I had an excellent experience with the customer service at Todd’s Complete Auto . From the moment I called to schedule my appointment, the staff was friendly, professional, and accommodating. They took the time to explain the repairs clearly and gave me honest recommendations without any pressure. The team kept me updated throughout the process, and I really appreciated their transparency with pricing and timing. When I picked up my vehicle, everything was done as promised, and they even went the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied. It’s rare to find a mechanic shop that combines quality work with such outstanding customer care—I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others.

Do the right thing and fix that 17 year old girls car for free. You guys messed up on an improper alternator fix and I will take my review down. You guys tried saying the computer fried bs the belt tore again because you guys improperly installed it more than three times. Making her spend money out of her pocket for a tow. If you want your vehichle fixed properly use any shop besides this one as they will have to do the same repair four different times but tell you each time it is not related to what they did! Don't believe me look at the reviews multiple people complaining of their scam work! Seems everyone who comes here has a " unrelated" electrical problem ot alternator failure shortly after leaving this shop
