Tommy's Express® Car Wash

After years of using Tommy's something happened with their spinning brushes that completely knocked off my rear wiper arm of my Escape. When I requested assistance an employee came out and said they found it and put it back on. I continued using the car wash as nothing like this had happened before. Each time I used Tommy's after that I noticed my rear wiper would be pushed down a little bit. When I mentioned it to my husband he called and was told this was a known issue with Escapes and Egdes but using a wiper cover would ensure the brushes didn't get caught on the blade. They offered 2 months free so we agreed and kept the membership so we could try their suggestion. I had a great experience at the car wash! Aiden was amazing! He was so kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done perfectly. You can tell he works hard and really cares about doing a great job. He made the whole experience easy and enjoyable- highly recommend asking for him if you come by!

What a scam these guys run! I received a coupon for $10 off a car wash, but when I went to the cashier, they refused to apply it, initially claiming it was expired. Later stating thas location doesn’t accept the coupon, they didn’t mention that in the message. I even called another location, but they refused to honor it as well. I have used this car wash before, and it was a total waste; the vacuum had no pressure, and the wash left many spots on my car. Would rather spend more money on better car wash

This car wash is just ok... and, I have paid far less money for way more quality from a monthly car wash service plan. The wash bent my drivers side mirror during the brush phase, and then another brush sent it back the other way... The wash didn't really clean the exterior or front bumper very well in my opinion after coming off a road trip. The vacuum had very low pressure. There is a $5 detail kit for things like glass wipes and towels that you can get for free included in other competitors car wash plans. There was a lot of dirt and debris in the parking lot spots like people just dumped the vacuum trash bag right there. All in all, you don't receive a $40 value from this wash in my opinion. The bold future of car washes. You need to make an account, but then after that you just drive your car in and get a wash any time you want, no human interaction. Car wash itself moves extremely fast, there was a large line when I got there but moved though it incredibly quickly, less than 10 minutes. Will wash again!
