Tommy's Express® Car Wash

I'm not to happy with this car wash. My front end always came out full of bugs. Every time! The back end of my vehicle most of the time still had dirt on it. Ive even had to drive through 2 times before. I was paying for the works wash and the finish never seemed to be silky smooth. Its like things you pay for are not being applied.

This car wash is not good. It’s fast to get in and out, but that’s about it. The other location on Woodward is great. Outstanding issues: 1. The mirror wiper has been broken for almost 2 years. 2. The tire and wheel washer has been broken for almost 2 years. The wheels are never cleaned, the tires are never cleaned, and no tire shine is applied. 3. The under body and wheel wells are never cleaned very good. 3. The products being used may not be what you are paying for, the car is not as clean and shiny as quite literally every other decent car wash. 4. If this is your “home” Tommy’s they charge you more than if you use the other one. You know that one on Woodward that doesn’t suck. I tried giving them a try again after being gone for a year. Production line service. Paid for the best car wash and there was still dirt and grime all in my tires and on the rear of my SUV. It was busy that day and I think they kept the same basic car wash setting left on for all the cars going through. Waste of money.

Down again for the second time in one week. On hold with corporate for forty minutes without a human to help. No phone support number on the website. Going to cancel my subscription. It’s such a shame that companies lose their focus on customer service like this, from the days that the founder created the company. Good luck with growing a company with poor customer support like this.

Nice car wash but expensive for what you get. They don't spray the car first. If you have a small vehicle, the brushes don't get close enough to really wipe the salt off. I still had grime all over my car at the end. When I showed them, they were apologetic and ran me back through but it's just too pricey for a mediocre wash. Maybe it's better for bigger vehicles.
