I have had great experience up until this point. This afternoon after washing my car I had a doormat sticking out of my car. I stopped outside of any of the parking spots AND LITERALLY 7 SECONDS later this guy with long hair walked up to me in a confrontational manner telling “there are plenty of spots and I “can’t park my car there” and that there “are plenty of parking spaces available.” It was the tone that this employee took with me (a customer) for something so minor that is making me reconsider my monthly membership! Don’t assume your customers have ill intent! I had a mild safety issue that I was addressing and 30 seconds to resolve it would not have harmed your parking situation!

The last several times I have went to get my car washed there the attendants have not been putting the plastic bag over the rear windshield wiper. As a result of that the plastic cap has gotten pulled off twice. They cost about seven dollars to replace at AutoZone. I don’t understand why they stopped applying the plastic bags. I used to love this car wash and I’m not liking it so much anymore.

I just moved here from Wisconsin so I wanted this to be my new local car wash membership but every time I’ve came here there’s been an issue with the gate opening by itself and I spend more time waiting than I do going through the actual car wash. Kind of frustrating because at rocket wash back in Wisconsin and I never had issues at all when I had a membership. I just drove on through. Hoping this changes otherwise I won’t renew next month
