Tommy's Express® Car Wash

Tried this place a second time, hoping the first was a fluke, and my car would look the same just being in the rain. If your car is actually dirty, this car wash does nothing for it. My windows, especially the back, didn't look touched. Any black paneling is streaked and has a weird residue on it now. I will never use this place again. Original review: The wash is far too fast to actually clean your car. My side mirrors, back of the car, windshield, and side windows all still had dirt on them after the wash. The back of the car was especially terrible. Not worth it to use this car wash.

So I came in yesterday to get my car washed. I pay extra to get the works and my car washed barely clean. The car mat washer was out of order. The worst part is my rearview mirror is cracked and some type of film on there after going through the wash. My rearview mirror was not cracked before I got there. I spoke to a manager and he was laughing and not taking it serious and saying he doesn’t understand how this happened and his car is fine. I was not rude to him. I was just explaining to him this is what happened to my rearview mirror and then he was just chuckling and put his shoulders up like oh we would just have to make a claim, but it’s just gonna go to corporate and acting as if I was lying. I went through the car wash on the evening of 1/29/26 and noticed scratches all across my hood afterward. I returned the next day to have the issue addressed. I waited an hour and a half while the attendant attempted to locate the surveillance footage but was unable to find it. I gave them my contact information and was told a manager would contact me to address the issue. I left, and received a call 10 minutes later and was told that they found the video footage (go figure) and it showed the scratches were already present beforehand.

I would never patronize this car wash again first of all the belt is moving way too fast. I paid $20 and they didn’t even get basic fingerprints off my truck. if there was a vehicle in front of me, my truck would’ve ran into it.

Superfast great wash employees were friendly. Talk to the manager Matt in the parking lot very informative very helpful and cares about it. Customers recommend that you take your car here too.
