Came here because I got a free car wash coupon and wanted to check it out. The wash itself was quick and they didn’t have that initial person directing you to come in or spray down the front and sides of your car as it was all automated. The vacuums were nice, powerful and they have the compressor to help get the dust and grit out of the tight spaces in your car. My only complaint is they give disposable towels but no cleaning fluids. You had to pay an additional 5$ for the “detail station.” I find that a bit ridiculous that you don’t have a single spray bottle to use to wipe down. When it’s a hot day there isn’t a lot of shade even being under the canopies they have. I appreciate the free coupon but I do find that other car washes have more to offer and I’m willing to pay the $8-$10 for
had a great experience at Tommy’s Express Car Wash! Jenny, the attendant, was cheerful, polite, and made the visit feel genuinely welcoming. The entire process from the automatic wash to the vacuum area was smooth, efficient, and worked exactly as it should. My car came out looking great, and the facility was clean and easy to navigate. Highly recommend!
Terrible experience at Tommy Express Car Wash. My car came out scratched, and the representative, Jay, did nothing to help. I expected a safe and professional service, but instead, I left with damage and zero support. If you care about your car, I do not recommend this location.
I used a coupon for the Works and they gave me free unlimited washes for 30 days. Brent was friendly and was very helpful with showing me how everything works. He also gave me a free detail kit. Also loved the free mat washing machine. Had a wonderful experience overall.
Jenny and Bryce were absolutely amazing. I came for a simple car wash just to knock the dirt off my vehicle and left with a smile. That is some the BEST customer experience I have ever had and not just at a car wash I’m talking EVER. You have a customer for life because any place that hires these types of people will always get my money.
