Tony Honda Kona Service Department

Tony Honda service department was almost fun! Great staff, shuttle to nearby locations for food, shopping and included car wash. What’s not to like.

I bought a 2021 Toyota 4 Runner SR5 Premium back in April. Richard S. was my salesman and was very easy to deal with. I recently had to replace the battery and asked Steve M. the service manager if it was covered under warranty , he got me a check to cover the cost of the new battery I bought at Napa in Waimea. So far I have had a good experience with them. I hope they will continue to give me great customer service.

Kaimana Enos is the best Service Manager that I have ever worked with!!! Each and every time, she makes me feel special and like her only customer. She always goes above and beyond & exceeds my expectations!!! She is a STAR 🌟 employee!

Brought our 2016 Honda Pilot in for regular servicing. Two weeks later, the a/c quits. I took the vehicle back in and after waiting 6 hours for diagnostics was told I need a new compressor. This cost me $500. Was also told I need two new tires to pass the state safety check. All told, it would cost upward of $4000. Seems fishy for a car that was fine two weeks prior.

They took the time to talk to is even though they didnt have the right car for us.
