The kid you have working doing stickers is absolutely careless. Responded to every simple question with idk . He broke my emergency break and told me it's not his problem and left me with my emergency break fully stuck on with my 3 year old child with me. He could careless and wouldn't even help me try to figure out where to bring it to fix the damage he caused. He was literally watching YouTube videos during the entire inspection because he had no clue what he was doing. I am absolutely horrified by the experience I had yesterday. He clearly slammed way to hard on my emergency break and did absolutely nothing to help. Please get fire this person before he damages more cars.

I've purchased vehicles here before and never had a problem. Today was an auto inspection. I was 6th in line. Line went smoothly and for inspection rather at a good rate. Inspector was personable knowledgeable and pleasant. Not easy in that business. People can be a little demanding. Organized and went well.
