I was very happy with the service we received when I brought my car in for an oil change. Eric, the service manager was very helpful and friendly in making the appointment and coordinating the service. Eric was also very prompt with communicating when our car was ready, as well as explaining additional work that needed to be done in terms I could understand. Aaron at the front desk was also very helpful when we arrived to pick up our car. He replaced the cabin air filter and our key fob batteries. Since the service was high quality and the customer service was so helpful and efficient, I will definitely return for my next service or repair needs.

Toscalito Tire & Service doesn’t get any better than this. Excellent customer service, fair pricing, and outstanding communication from start to finish. I brought in my 2020 Audi Q3 for two tires and an oil change during a very busy New Year’s week, and they were efficient, professional, and incredibly thorough. They took time to explain everything, kept me updated through inspection, ordering specialized tires, and checkout, and even offered to call an Uber if I needed a ride home. Quick turnaround and a truly great experience. Highly recommend.

An exceptional service from Eric at Toscalito. We got there closer to the end of their working hours and Eric with his team took us in and got the flat on our Tesla car repaired very promptly.
