Total Car Care Automotive Center

On 1/5/26, my car was towed to this shop from the Continental Shopping Center due to a punctured flat. They replaced all four tires and rear shocks for a total of $1,066.00. When I picked up my vehicle, everything seemed fine at first. A few days later, my car began shaking, and my tire pressure sensor started blinking and stayed on—issues I never had before this service. I called the shop and brought my car back on Friday the 9th. They asked me to come in at 4:30 pm to meet with Carlos so they could “show me some things.” When we arrived, instead of fixing the shaking or sensor issue, they tried to point out multiple other problems supposedly worth thousands of dollars, none of which addressed why I brought the car back in. I went to get my oil changed and was told I needed tires due to dry rot and that turbo charger was leaking. Just like going to a Dr. I always get a second opinion. 1. My tires are barely 2 years old. I watch my tires and there was no dry rot from the out side. Had a mechanic friend take a look on inside and at Turbo. No dry rot on tires and no leak on turbo. I pay attention to my vehicle and do not appreciate a shop trying to milk me of money I don't have.

Josh has been so helpful ! We own several vehicles and an R.V. . We were getting ready for a long trip and had them check the tires. Thankfully we did! The inside duels were bulging the sidewalls , which could have caused a blowout on the highway! And then when we went back, my other vehicle had a nail in the tire. They checked it out, and found that the rear seals were bad and leaking. I was sent an Angel, as they have saved us from disaster. They showed us everything and explained everything clearly on any work that needs to be completed . We have been very satisfied with this shop and service department. All of the employees very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. If I could leave more stars I would A++

Communication was outstanding, prices are very fair and quality of work is high. I will not go anywhere else but Total Car Care for all of my automotive needs. Josh runs an excellent business, I highly recommend.

Josh gave me great price on my tires and Matt did a great job putting them on inspected my truck for any issues with it. Happy with the awesome service and timely work.
