Towing unlimited and automotive and 5 Star transport are Same Company. I can't give no stars or I would. If you're stuck using this company, good luck, it takes 3hrs after getting ticket generated inorder to speak with the Tow operator. Also they definitely have an extremely,,,I don't care Attitude,,,,For a Service business and continueto pick up other tickets/calls before ever gettingto you..The female who answers the phone has same mentality,,,so beware. So After 3hrs of waiting for a company to drive 3.6 miles to my location to unlock my door, for a service that's already paid for , I was able to finally speak with James who seemed nice , and James said another 35 min till he can get to me but was actually another hour,,,,,So People 3 hrs and 40 min or more guaranteed of a wait for a

Eric was friendly, efficient, and has impressive driving skills. He was friendly and open on the ride to the mechanic and I felt both safe and welcome to ride in his truck. I would both recommend and use them again.

They came on time and right away. Had my car jumped within minutes. Super nice guy. Showed me the jump pack he used and where I could buy one.
