Toyota of Watertown Service and Repair

It was a awesome experience. My 3rd new ride direct from Toyota Watertown. Am highly impressed. In addition, the salesman (Raffi) that attended to me was exceptional professional and committed with the deal and I was fully convinced to upgrade to next level. I love my new ride 💯.

Bought my car at the Toyota of Watertown earlier this year and had my first 5k mile service appointment for 7am, dropped the car off a little before then. Guy at the desk said it would take 90 minutes. After 2 hours and 15 minutes I inquired about my car, agent said my car was ready. Unclear if it had been ready for a while or there was a mix up, but over 2 hours for a simple service was disappointing. I’ll be using a difference service center next time.

The service center is great- very professional and organized! The best part is the nail salon they have on site that offers complimentary nail services if you’re getting your car serviced. Careen is super friendly and great at what she does!

They renovated their waiting lounge recently, and wow it looks amazing. It looks like a coworking space, complete with free bottled drinks and "pocket rooms" to take calls/meetings from. The space has plenty of sockets and even has a coffee machine. The service is also great. The staff members are friendly and communicate well enough. 5stars. Can't wait to be back.

This is the best Toyota service center! The service advisors are super helpful, the waiting area is amazing, and they offer complimentary nail services (Careen is very friendly and gave me a fantastic manicure). Even though I moved further away and closer to another Toyota, I continue to come here because I trust my car is in good hands and I’ll be comfortable while waiting for repairs.
