Toyota Service Center

NEGATIVE STARS. In Dec. I went in for an oil change they said I had a factory recall on a cable corrosion. They informed me it would take a couple of hours and I agreed to wait. I arrived at 13:06 (1:06pm) I left at 18:09 (6:09 pm) I thought all was done as they said. I took the car to a second Toyota Dealership in March and they advised me I had the factory recall. I said I got it done in Dec. I said I waited for 6 hours to have it complete. They said it was never done. I looked on my slip from Hyannis Toyota and it said I was advised of the recall. So, after all that my oil change took 6 hours. These people do not tell the truth. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP.

Avoid the Service Dept!! I took my ‘21 Tacoma in for a 3p appointment to have a front axle replaced under warranty, adding inspection & 30k service (fluids, filters, tire rotation) to the visit. “3hr will be plenty of time.” Emphasized that my main concern was getting the axle replaced - everything else could wait. They provided insp & service, not able to get to the axle before closing. I’m from out of town, so had to get hotel room. They had no loaner, but ok’d me taking my truck & bringing it back at 7am. At this point, my bill was going to be $223 for the service & inspection, but I couldn’t pay because the ticket was still open. When I left the dealership, there was 18lbs of air in right rear tire. Received a promotional card in the mail. Offering several FREE services. Called lady at the service center & asked if I could do the "complimentary multipoint inspection" . She looked me up and made an appointment for my highlander. Unable to see what could go wrong (I have had more than 1 unsatisfactory run in with these shysters from whom I bought my SUV) I brought my card in and was told by Eric that I needed to make a purchase, i.e. an oil/filter change. He was unable or unwilling to show me where this fact was stated on my card. I left with a sour taste in my mouth. Shame on me for going back there. I have found a mechanic who might charge me for this, but he is honest and does good work. Therefore he is

5k check up completed in stated time. Comfortable waiting area. Hoped for a car wash..n vacume..(like other oil change, repair shops). It was stated, 'didn't have The help...or time... Oh well....' Disappointed

Went for a oil change and state sticker with 8am appointment. 2 hours later wasn’t ready. Giving 1 star because no option for negative 5 stars. The same service in Falmouth Toyota was less than 1 hours. Never gonna be there again.👎👎👎👎👎
